About Teddy
Teddy has had a very bad start in life having lived with travellers in an outdoor kennel.
Despite his past he is the most loving and cuddly boy, he is getting on really well in his foster home. He loves other dogs, is good around cats and can be rehomed with children over 12 years old.Teddy has a grade 3 heart murmur, he has had an Echocardiogram while with us and his heart is not enlarged enough to start heart medication- however he will need another scan in 6 months time. He is very underweight currently, hopefully he will gain weight in foster having 3-4 meals a day. His eyes do not drain well, an attempt was made to unblock his tear ducts while under anaesthetic for his neuter but he wasn't breathing well while under so the procedure was abandoned. His eyes will be monitored while in his foster home and we hope to see an improvement now he is living in a warm, clean environment.Teddy is improving every day in confidence, he is learning to pick up and play with toys! He is really enjoying his walks with his foster mum and all of his fur friends. Please read our adoption procedure prior to filling in the online form. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
