Pip Tricolour Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Pip is an absolutely gorgeous 1-year-old Tricolour Cavalier pup who came into rescue through no fault of her own. She is looking for a wonderful forever home.
She absolutely loves to play with other younger dogs and is full of energy; she plays fetch with the ball and plays with her favourite toy, an octopus. She loves going on walks and walks really well on the lead with the other resident dogs. She travels well in the car and is currently happy with a seatbelt attached to her harness on the back seat.
Pip loves to get on the back of the sofa and snuggle into her person. She can become vocal when she wants your attention or when you walk back into the room. She also has slight separation anxiety, but this should get better with time and when she is in her forever home routine. Her adopters would need to work with Pip on further training to get the most out of her. She is so intelligent.
She has no known health conditions and is a very healthy young pup. She has been spayed in rescue and is up to date with her parasite preventatives and vaccines.
Pip can be rehomed with cats, as she is doing great in foster care with them. She can also be rehomed with dog-savvy children 5+.
Pip is in foster in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. Her adopter(s) must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract/or a letter from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
Please only apply when you have discussed this with all family members, are committed to offering the dog a home, and have fully considered their needs.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check. The meet and greet must occur within five days of a successful home check. Can we please remind you not to telephone the rescue regarding adoptions at any time. You are more than welcome to email us with any [email protected]
