Marley- Adopted

Marley is a very handsome 3 year old Cavalier boy that came into rescue due to behavioural issues.

99.9% of the time Marley is an absolute love bug and a joy! He is a very active boy, he loves to play with his Cavalier friends and foster parents. He needs at least 2 good walks a day which he really enjoys, he walks beautifully and is really good when meeting other dogs and people when out and about. He enjoys chasing the ball and frisbee also. He is also very cuddly and loves to snuggle up on the sofa.

Marley has had some resource guarding issues in his previous home involving objects belonging to his owners. This led to a few aggressive episodes. Since coming into his foster home 6 weeks ago we have had 2 episodes of similar behaviour which we were able to resolve well.

He is a healthy boy with no known health problems at this time, he has had a dental while in rescue.

Marley is looking for a confident owner that is willing to work with a behaviourist should the need arise in the future. He needs to be able to let off a lot of steam and also needs a home where there are at least a couple of resident dogs with a similar energy level.

Marley cannot be rehomed with children under 16 and cannot be rehomed with cats. His adopter must be at home most of the time.

Marley is in foster in North Lincolnshire. You will be required to travel to his foster home for the meet and greet. More information regarding our latest Covid-19 protocol will be made available following a successful telephone interview and home check.
