Louis is a handsome Blenheim boy; he will be 2 years old in July. He came into rescue in sad circumstances and is looking for his forever home.
He is a little love bug and he loves cuddles and attention. He is a great eater and a typical young, cheeky Cavalier boy. Louis loves to play with other dogs and with toys with his humans too.
Louis does have a high prey drive so the pesky squirrels and birds need to watch out! Louis’ recall does need more work, but he can sit on demand and loves to lick humans! He loves his walks and is super excited to go out and about. He travels really well.
He is heart clear currently but sadly has mild chiari malformation pain, and he is on inexpensive pain relief that he will need to remain on. medication costs approximately £10 a month- including the written veterinary prescription. He doesn’t have any other known health problems.
He needs at least one resident dog in his forever home as he is used to being with other dogs. He cannot live with cats or other small furries.
Louis is in foster in North East Lincolnshire. His adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
