blenheim Cavalier King Charles

Lily is a beautiful, 5 year old Blenheim Cavalier looking for a wonderful forever home.

She is a lively but obedient girl. Lily has good recall, and is always eager to please. She really is an absolute dream to look after. She loves all humans and is very affectionate. All she wants is love, companionship and confirmation that she is pleasing you. Loves cuddles. Gets on very well other dogs.

Lily needs a home where her humans are around most of the time, she can be left for short periods with no problems ie 1-2 hours maximum. She is very human focused but really could do with another dog of a similar age to play with in her forever home and would need appropriate exercise. Loves to go out walking and wants to greet anyone she sees by jumping up. Pulls a little on her lead.

She is a great eater and an excellent traveller in the car.

Lily has a grade 3 heart murmur, she has had an echocardiogram while in rescue and at the moment she does not need heart medication. However, she will need to monitored and have another echocardiogram in approx 12 months time. She has chiari malformation with pain and mild hip dysplasia so will need to remain on pain relief. She has had a dental with extractions while in rescue.

We have not assessed Lily with children or cats while in rescue.
