About Faith
Faith came into rescue having been with a commercial breeder.
Faith is thought to be approximately 9 years old, she is an ex-breeding girl, so will need a quiet experienced home. She is still nervous of sudden movements, but is fine when you get down to her level. She is with other Cavaliers in her foster home and will need at least one confident small dog in her new home to help her.Faith has a grade 3 heart murmur, following her echocardiogram and ECG she has been started on 1.25mcgs of Vetmedin twice a day. She will need monitoring for any changes and check ups every 6 months. She has also has a luxating patella which won’t be operated on due to age and heart condition. She manages very well, but can’t walk too far. Faith is a happy little girl, her tail never stops wagging. She was very underweight when she came into rescue, but hopefully now her extensive dental has been done, she will start to gain more weight. She is fully toilet trained and no bother at all. She likes her food which is a bonus, and jumps onto her bed at night and waits for her bedtime treats. She really is a pleasure to foster. She is fine happy with other dogs, and although she doesn’t seek out their company, she doesn’t mind them cuddling up beside her and needs the reassurance they are there. Please read our adoption procedure prior to filling in the online form.
