π About Bella
Bella is a beautiful Cavapoo who is almost 6 years old and came into rescue under sad circumstances. She has settled well into foster care and is now ready to find a loving forever home.
She is an energetic, affectionate little girl with a big personality. Her foster family describe her as bouncing around like Tigger, particularly when treats are involved! Bella is full of enthusiasm and brings plenty of fun and character into the home.
Bella loves her toys and is very good at entertaining herself. Her toys do need to be strong and durable; however, she enjoys nothing more than removing the squeaker. She is quite happy playing independently and does not rely on another dog to keep her occupied.
She has settled well alongside the resident dogs in her foster home and is comfortable sharing her space with them. Bella has shown little interest in actively playing with the other dogs, as she is much more focused on people and human companionship.
Bella is very much a people dog. She loves a fuss from anyone, follows her foster mum around the house and enjoys being included in everyday family life. She sleeps on her foster mumβs bed and is happiest when she can be close to the people she loves.
She can be left for short periods. Bella may cry a little when first left, but she does eventually settle. She would therefore be best suited to a home where someone is around for a good part of the day and where she will not routinely be left for long periods.
Bella has shown no behavioural concerns while in foster care. She is friendly, affectionate and sociable, and she can live with children aged 6 and over who understand how to interact gently and respectfully with dogs.
She may be able to live with compatible resident dogs, although she is unlikely to be looking for a canine playmate. Bellaβs main priority is finding a home where she can enjoy plenty of human company, affection and involvement in family life.
Bella is a funny, lively and devoted little dog who will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for an affectionate dog with plenty of personality.
