About Charlie
Charlie is a beautiful Blenheim Cavalier that came into rescue from a pet home.
Charlie does like a cuddle with his foster mum and he likes to play with toys and the other dogs. He can be a little nervous when he's out walking and he does pull a little so he needs a fit and confident adopter. He is a very fit boy that enjoys at least 2x 45 minute walks every day, he can do quite a bit more also. He loves to chase leaves, squirrels and cats when he's on his walks! He loves to snooze through the day once he has been walked. He loves to gaze out of the window when at home and will happily sit watching the world go by.He will follow you about wagging his tail as he is quite inquisitiveHe isn't very good with treat chews that last a while and will guard them so they need to be managed well if given. He does take his treats really gently but his adopter will just need to be careful no one approaches him with treats which take longer to chew.Currently Charlie doesn't have any health problems which is very good news for him.He does not like cats at all. He cannot be rehomed with children under 14. His adopter must be around for most of the day.Charlie is in foster in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The successful applicant will be required to travel to his foster home for the meet and greet. More information regarding our latest Covid-19 protocol will be made available following a successful telephone interview and home check. Please read our adoption procedure prior to filling in the online form. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
