Elsa- Adopted

Elsa is a 3 year old Blenheim Cavalier King Charles that came into rescue from a pet home.

Elsa is looking for a home with at least one other playful dog. She will definitely need someone around for most of the time as Elsa does display some signs of anxiety when left. She loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you on the sofa and will happily get herself comfortable wrapped around your wrap your neck.

Elsa has been diagnosed with Syringomyelia by MRI prior to coming into rescue and is on pain medication to help manage this. We are looking for a home for her with someone who already has experience of the condition and understands what’s involved with managing her care. Currently her condition is mild, this can change as time goes on and she could need adjustments to her medication to ensure she isn't in pain.

Elsa loves her walks but she will need further training on the lead. She very much puts nose down bottom in the air and pulls like a little steam train. Her foster mum said Elsa is a delight to foster, she’s eager to please, understands most basic commands and has a boat load of love to offer her new family.

Although Elsa is good around children due to her condition any resident or visiting children will need to be 12+ and give her plenty of space. Elsa has met a cat whilst in foster, she wasn’t aggressive but will definitely chase them.
