Charlie- Adopted

Charlie is a very handsome boy, he is almost 4 years old. He came into rescue from a pet home in sad circumstances.

Charlie has settled very well in his foster home and absolutely adores the other dogs. He loves to play and needs at least 2 decent walks a day, he is great when he's out and about.

Charlie came into rescue as he was very anxious around small children, for this reason he cannot be homed with children under 12 years old.

His health is mostly very good, he is heart clear but he has shown signs of having Chiari Malformation/Syringomyelia. He is booked in to see a neurologist shortly and it will be decided if he will need to start pain medication. CMSM is very common in the breed with up to 70% of Cavaliers suffering, it is always best if diagnosed so we can help with any pain they are suffering with. At this time his symptoms are very mild and he lives a very full and happy life.
