Alfie- Adopted

Alfie is a beautiful 9 year old Cavalier boy, he came into rescue due to a change in his previous owners circumstances.

Alfie is really happy and settled in his foster home, he is enjoying life with his doggy friends and his foster parents. He settled quickly and is so grateful for any attention and cuddles. He loves his walks, he only really needs short walks as he has not been walked for a long time prior to coming into rescue although this may increase a little in time. He is fantastic with other dogs and people that he meets.

Alfie has a grade 3-4 heart murmur and is on Vetmedin twice daily, he is not symptomatic. He is a bit overweight so will need to continue with a reduced amount of food until he reaches his target weight when he is adopted.

He is still under assessment and is having an echo and a dental this week, we will update with further information as soon as we can.
