About Izzy and Dora
Dora (on left) and Izzy (on right) have come from a rescue abroad.
These tiny girls were rescued from a breeder that was keeping them in absolutely dreadful conditions and arrived with us in April 2019. The girls are best friends and inseparable so they will be rehomed together.Izzy has been very poorly and thankfully is making a full recovery, she gave us all such a scare and at one point we thought we may lose her. Now she is making up for lost time and loves to run round with Dora playing with toys and they chase each other!Izzy is still on a bland diet of 3 meals a day to get her weight up, she loves all food! Like Izzy, Dora loves her food too and also on 3 meals per day until she reaches her ideal weight. They are very playful pair, very puppy like with their mischievous ways! Still working on toilet training in their foster home. Dora is quite confident on a lead with a harness, Izzy is quite timid on a lead and will need time to build her confidence. They are definitely loving life now with other dogs in their foster home and love nothing more than sitting on any human lap available!Izzy is still having some eye drops as her eyes were very crusty while she was so poorly, the vet does not think her eyes will cause her long term issues. Both girls have been vaccinated, chipped, spayed, wormed, had ear treatment etc and are ready to start life in their forever home. Please read our adoption procedure prior to filling in the online form. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
