Buddy Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in Halloween theme

Buddy is an almost 6-year-old Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who came into rescue under sad circumstances.

He is a sweet little boy who loves cuddles and affection. Buddy walks well on the lead and enjoys his outings. He gets on well with his foster fur family, but outside the house, he can be a bit intimidated by some larger dogs. He sleeps well at night in a crate in his foster mum’s bedroom, though he’s a bit of a snorer – in the cutest way!

In the evenings, Buddy likes playing with his toys between naps on the sofa and enjoying cuddles. Being the gentle soul he is, he often lays his head on your lap to show affection. Buddy is comfortable being left for short periods but needs someone around most of the time, as he thrives on company.

While in foster care, Buddy has had a dental and a heart scan. He currently requires no medication for his heart but will need regular scans. He has also started affordable pain medication for syringomyelia. This condition was severe when he first arrived. It affected his walking and caused discomfort when touched. Thankfully, the medication has greatly improved his comfort, allowing him to enjoy life to the fullest with pain-free cuddles and walks. Now, Buddy just needs the perfect forever home where he can continue to enjoy gentle affection and steady walks.
