Olivia is a 4-year-old Blenheim Cavalier looking for a wonderful forever home.
A reduced adoption fee applies. In foster in East Yorkshire.
Olivia came into the rescue from a breeder. Sadly she isn’t a super confident girl; however, she is making a lot of progress on her road to becoming a diva Cavalier. She is a content little girl and a very typical Cavalier. She loves food and chasing small furries and birds and sunbathing!
She needs time, patience, and lots of love to continue her journey to becoming a confident and sassy girl. She needs at least one confident dog in her forever home, as she needs to follow and learn from them.
Olivia is nervous around people she doesn’t know but will sit with her favourite humans on the sofa and happily follow you around like the Pied Piper. She is a good eater and travels really well in the car on a harness plugged into a seat in the back.
She is becoming cheekier, and one of her favourite things is doing zoomies at high speed! She is very agile! She plays with toys with other dogs and loves a game of tug.
She is heart clear currently. Olivia suffers from chiari malformation with pain and is on medication for this, which she must continue. She also has dry eye. She is neutered and has had a dental in rescue. She is up to date with vaccines and parasite preventatives.
We are looking for a home for her with at least one confident dog. She can be rehomed with dog-savvy cats. Resident children must be calm and dog savvy and 8+.
Olivia is in foster care in East Yorkshire. Her adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract or letter from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check. The meet and greet must occur within five days of a successful home check. Can we please remind you not to telephone the rescue regarding adoptions at any time.
