About Blossom

Blossom is a beautiful Blenhiem Cavalier that has come into rescue in sad circumstances.

She has always lived as an only dog and loves being the princess of the house. She cannot live with children or cats.

Blossom has been diagnosed by MRI scan with Syringomyelia, a neurological condition where a syrinx- a fluid filled cavity- has built up in her spinal cord near her brain. It is a serious condition and not to be taken lightly, we are looking for an owner experienced in the condition preferably due to often very subtle symptoms that can be missed. Currently her condition is mild and well managed, however the fact she has SM at such an early onset could mean it will worsen in time. As it is a pre-existing condition it will not be covered by insurance.

She is a very sweet girl and enjoys short walks and playing with toys especially balls!

Please read our adoption procedure prior to filling in the online form. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
