Tina is a spirited, 5-year-old black and tan Cavalier with a passion for life! We believe Tina has been a breeding dog in the past, but despite her challenging past, she is a pretty confident little lady.

Tina came to us because of some aggression issues towards her owner’s grandchildren. So obviously, she cannot be rehomed with young children. She hadn’t been in that home very long, and we don’t know much about her previous life besides being bred from.
She’s a full-of-beans sweetheart, always ready to bring a smile to your face with her playful antics!
One of Tina’s greatest joys is the company of other dogs. She gets on well with all her canine friends and would need at least one doggy pal in her forever home. Whether it’s bouncing around the paddock or a peaceful nap together, Tina is happiest when she has a furry friend by her side.
Adventurous Tina is a big fan of walks and is always ready to explore. She dreams of a fun, active home that can match her energetic spirit. After an eventful day, Tina enjoys nothing more than cuddling up with her human and doggy companions. She loves the warmth and comfort of a human bed at night, claiming her spot for some well-deserved beauty sleep.
During her time with us, Tina has been on a health journey, shedding 2kg that she had been carrying around. She’s in great shape but needs to maintain this healthy weight. As for her care, Tina is really easy to look after. She is content being left for short periods. She travels really well and is extremely well-behaved when out and about.
Tina has a grade 3 heart murmur and has started heart medication following an echocardiogram. She needed a very extensive dental and lost more than 20 teeth. She is on pain relief for chiari malformation pain (Approx £10 a month). Her knees do luxate, but with her weight loss, she’s doing great and doesn’t need surgery. Tina is deaf, but it does not affect her quality of life, and she keenly watches what is happening. She is now spayed and up to date with vaccinations and flea and worming treatments.
She cannot be rehomed with children or visiting under 12 years. She can be rehomed with cats, and a resident dog must be in her forever home.
