Sasha is a beautiful 6-year-old Blenheim Cavalier that came into rescue from a breeder.
She is looking for a wonderful forever home. Her confidence is shining through now that she has settled, and she is blossoming. Sasha knows her name and will come wagging when you call her. She is nervous in new situations and with new people initially, but she is food motivated, so is learning and coming along really well.
Sasha loves food so when she has settled in her forever home she will be food motivated for training! She has a wonderful life ahead and would very much appreciate some lovely walkies to nice places and lots of love.
She needs at least one doggy friend in her forever home and does rely on the other dogs for confidence. She is learning to walk on her lead and harness and is doing really well in quieter places. It will take some more time for her to get used to busier places that she is unfamiliar with. She travels really well in the car with a harness and plug-in seat belt.
Sasha has dry eye, so she is on veterinary-prescribed medication that she will need to remain on for the rest of her life. She is heart clear and has no other known health issues.
She can live with children 8+ and must have at least one resident dog.
Sasha is in foster in North Lincolnshire. Her adopters must be prepared to purchase a lifetime insurance policy or have the means to cover any future health issues. Home workers must be able to produce a contract from their employer. Tenants must send a letter from their landlord stating they have permission to have the dog at their property.
