Annie is a 2-year-old Cavapoo, she came into rescue from a breeding establishment.
Considering little Annie’s background she is becoming a confident little girl, she is very loving and enjoys every kiss and cuddle she can get. She is still a little shy around men, but with kindness and a few treat bribes, we are sure she will get more confident. Annie loves kisses, cuddles and tummy rubs and enjoys sitting on the back of the sofa with her head on your shoulder. She also loves to be sat on your knee, always as close as possible.
Annie has had plenty of opportunities to socialise with lots of other dogs from different backgrounds in her foster home. She has even played with some of the smaller dogs she has met with no issues, she also gets on very well with her Cavalier foster fur brothers. However, she can be intimidated by bigger dogs and become nervous, she will let them know she isn’t interested. Annie may be small but she can certainly hold her own!
She is sleeping well at night in a crate in the bedroom, she does like to be close to her humans. She is doing well with her house training but adopters will have to carry on with her routine. Originally coming from a kennel environment background there can be accidents, especially when moving into a new home. She will need some training but she is food motivated and a clever little girl. Annie will be a lovely addition to her forever home
Thankfully Annie has no known health problems.
Annie isn’t at all keen on small children, they are too excitable for her so we are looking for a home without young resident or visiting children. She is not cat-tested.
