Heidi – Adopted

Heidi is a beautiful 22-month-old Blenheim Cavalier looking for her wonderful forever home.

Heidi came into rescue following having a litter of puppies. She was a quiet and nervous little girl but has come a really long way in the last few weeks especially. She is looking for a loving home with a family that can make her their princess, she really needs a lot of attention and fuss. She also needs at least one kind and confident dog in her forever home to help build her confidence further especially in new situations. She tells us she would really enjoy some holidays and beach trips!

She is an absolute sweetheart, she loves everyone she meets. She is very good when out and about and travels really well in the car.

Her previous vet thought they could hear a heart murmur but numerous vets at our practice have checked her and cannot hear anything. She has mild chiari malformation pain, she is on inexpensive pain relief and must remain on this. Since the pain relief started she is so much happier and has blossomed into a more confident and outgoing girl.

Heidi really does need at least one confident dog in her forever home, ideally of similar age, and we can cat test if required. She can be rehomed with children 5+. Her adopter does need to be around most of the time as she does require a lot of attention.

Heidi is in foster in North Lincolnshire. The successful applicants must be able to travel to the foster home for the meet and greet and be immediately available for a home check. The meet and greet must take place within 5 days of a successful homecheck.
