About Daisy
Daisy is a very sweet 6 year old white and apricot Cavachon who came into rescue in very sad circumstances from a pet home.
Daisy loves to be with her humans and will follow you everywhere or sit quietly by your side on the sofa. She loves attention but is not a lapdog. She likes her walks and is very happy to greet people and other dogs. Daisy walks well on the lead and travels well in the car although she can be a little vocal when the car stops to get out for her walk. She currently gets 2x 30/45 minute walks a day, this keeps her happy and stimulated.Daisy doesn’t like being left and will bark when left for short periods of time but soon settles. She responds well to her name, will come when called, sits on command and go to bed when asked. She is fully house trained and will quietly ask to be let out. She sleeps in the kitchen at night but would quietly sleep wherever her bed is.Daisy has no known health problems, is spayed and fully vaccinated. She had surgery for a luxating patella in 2016, the surgery was a success and she is currently doing very well.We are looking for a home where the adopter is around most of the time as she does have separation anxiety. She can be an only dog, or homed with a resident calm dog and children over the age of 10. She has previously been around a cat so would be ok to live with a dog savvy cat. Daisy has been a dream to foster and will bring so much joy into her new family’s lives as she is a happy easy going girl.Daisy is in foster in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The successful applicants must be able to travel to foster home for the meet and greet. More information regarding our latest Covid-19 protocol will be made available following a successful telephone interview and home check.
